Canipe Construction Inc. is a residential and light commercial building company that mainly specializes in high quality custom built homes and Buildings. With over 25 years of experience, CCI has been serving the Charlotte and Lake Norman, North Carolina area since 1997. CCI was created by Lake Norman area native, Skip Canipe, who decided to combine his knowledge within the construction industry to develop a customizable, full-service building company.
